Use Case "Request an Extract or Copy of a Civil State Certificate" (MA UC2)

In the Moving Abroad Pilot (MA UC2) Civil Status Certificates, the core is to supply evidences that are used in many other public services. This UC uses the User-supported Intermediation Pattern. The following scenarios will be piloted in two iterations according to the below table.

The Civil status certificates can be used in other DE4A use cases as well as many other public and private services.
