SA pilot UC2 will run in two iterations. The first iteration will run from October 2021 till January 2022. The second iteration will run from October 2022 till March 2023.
First iteration
The first pilot run includes a study grant application in a digital-by-default and once-only manner. The following simplifications have been done:
- Two-country scenario will be validated, i.e. a student applying for study grant will come from the Data Provider country;
- Just one type of academic evidence (‘higher education diploma’) will be used by the DCs and DPs involved;
- There will be just one data provider per Member State.
Second iteration
The final pilot run will include the following additional functionalities:
- More than one type of evidence (diploma, disability, large family) will be used by the DCs and DPs involved;
- Multi evidence type case will be supported.
